Villa Lefko consists of two independent villas — Villa Lefko West (3 bedrooms) and Villa Lefko East (4 bedrooms). Each has its own private pool and outdoor space. They can be rented separately or together — perfect for large families, friends traveling together, or private celebrations by the sea.
Villa Lefko West features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two living rooms with sofas that can be converted into extra sleeping spaces, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Villa Lefko East offers four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two living rooms with sofa beds, with a total capacity of 10 guests.
When rented together, Villa Lefko can host up to 18 guests, combining privacy with generous shared spaces—perfect for group holidays, special occasions, or memorable gatherings under the Greek sun.
Set in a panoramic location, Villa Lefko overlooks the beach of Mega Gialos in southern Syros. The property is just a 12-minute drive from the neoclassical capital of Ermoupolis, the island’s vibrant center of culture, dining, and nightlife.
Nearby, guests can enjoy the organized and cosmopolitan beaches of Vari Beach, Agathopes Beach, Finikas Beach, and Galissas Beach. Equally close are the quieter, more secluded beaches of Ambela Beach and Komito Beach. Just a short walk from the villa, guests can also discover hidden coves with white pebbles and crystal-clear waters—perfect for peaceful swims and unforgettable sunsets.
